LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive early for class. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, your space may be given to a standby student. If there is space available, you may still join the class after the 5 minute grace period.

MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY

All memberships and class packages are allowed one 30-day freeze per calendar year at no charge. Any additional freezes will also be 30 days in length and $30 per freeze. Please provide 7 days notice to freeze an account, via text or email.

WAITLIST

Please think of the waitlist as signing up for the class. The waitlist will add you up to 1 hour before the start of class. You are responsible for canceling your waitlisted class outside of the late cancellation window if you can no longer attend. This will help you avoid any late cancellation or no-show charges in the event of getting added to the class, as our cancellation policy applies to waitlisted classes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel your reservation 8 hours prior the start of your Pilates class or 2 hours prior to the start of your HIIT or Yoga class, to avoid a cancellation fee. To cancel your reservation, log into your account on the Club Ready members app, select the class you wish to cancel, click “cancel booking".

Early Cancel - Pilates:

You can cancel your reserved session at least 8 hours before the start of your scheduled class time. Your prepaid session will then remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.

Late Cancel - Pilates:

Classes not canceled 8 hours prior to class will be charged a late cancel fee of $20.

No Show - Pilates:

If you late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show, you will be charged a fee of $25.

No Show - HIIT/Yoga:

If you late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show, you will be charged a fee of $10.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients. Prepaid classes cannot be used towards cancellations. Your prepaid class will be added back to your account and can be rescheduled within 30 days.

FOOTWEAR

All clients are required to wear grippy socks or go barefoot during pilates and yoga classes and wear athletic shoes during HIIT classes.

CELL PHONES

We please ask that you refrain from using your cellphone during class and we also ask that you do not film while class is in session. Take you sweaty selfies before or after class
